Service Overview
Human behaviour is one of the leading causes of ESD failure in otherwise well-designed EPAs. Even with the best flooring, furniture, and grounding systems, one untrained operator can cause thousands of rupees of ESD damage per shift. Propack's ESD Training programmes close the human gap — building understanding, awareness, and correct habits at every level of the organisation.
Training is available in three formats: on-site instructor-led (ILT), virtual live instructor-led, and self-paced e-learning. Courses are developed to IPC-A-610, ANSI/ESD S20.20, and ESD Association ESD Training guidelines, and are available in English and Hindi. All participants receive a certificate of completion; companies receive an attendance register for their audit records.
