Product Overview
ESD Ionizers are essential components of any complete electrostatic protected area (EPA). While grounding eliminates static charges from conductive and dissipative materials, insulators — such as product packaging, PCB substrates, plastic enclosures, and even operator clothing — cannot be grounded. Ionizers neutralise these charges by flooding the work area with balanced positive and negative air ions that actively seek out and cancel static charges on any surface.
Propack Electronics supplies a comprehensive range of ionizers: compact benchtop fans for single-workstation protection, overhead bar ionizers for production line coverage, and room-level ionization systems for large EPAs. All models feature auto ion-balance monitoring, low ozone emission, and EMI/RFI shielded electronics for use near sensitive electronic assemblies.
