Product Overview
The ESD Entry Control Gate is a fully automated system that tests operators for ESD compliance every time they enter an EPA. The system simultaneously tests wrist strap continuity and footwear resistance using conductive floor plates and wrist strap socket — if both tests pass, the gate opens; if either fails, entry is denied and an alert is generated.
Propack Entry Control Gates are available as standalone test stations (without physical barrier), flap-barrier turnstiles, and full turnstile gates for high-security facilities. All models feature operator ID badge integration, test result logging, and network connectivity for central compliance reporting. The system enforces 100% operator testing compliance — eliminating the inconsistency of self-reported manual testing.

Configurable Test Limits
PASS/FAIL limits configurable per ANSI/ESD S20.20 or custom standards. Separate thresholds for wrist strap (0.75–35 MΩ) and footwear (<100 MΩ).
